Kok Yow Loong obtained his PhD in geotechnical research from the University of Cambridge in 2006. He has been responsible for numerous challenging government and private projects in Malaysia on the different ground conditions (thick soft clays, residual soils, offshore, steep terrains, etc.). These past projects included Rawang Bypass Elevated Structure, Southville City Development, Elevated Ramps to New Istana Negara, Putrajaya Development, Cyberjaya Flagship Zone Development, Kerteh Marine Facilities, Kerteh-Kuantan Railway, Electrified Double Tracking, Setapak Treatment Plant, etc. He has also gained some design and supervision experiences from overseas.

Ir. Tew Chee Siang has extensive geotechnical experiences of over 20 years, both as a Consultant and Contractor. Some notable projects include the Electrified Double Tracking (Ipoh-Rawang & Seremban-Tampin), the Widening of North South Expressway, the Widening of Penang Bridge, West Coast Expressway. PR1MA Housing & various high rise mixed developments. (Scarletz Suites @KL City, Unio Residences, Avara Seputih, D'Vervain, Millerz Old Klang Road etc)
